Who is speaking?

Hi, my name is Milena, thanks for visiting.

Standing in front of people has been an important part of my life, since I can remember. My grandfather was giving lectures on strategy, my mother was teaching music, singing and acting, involving me in her hobbies and encouraging to speak up, when having something to say.

I feel good doing it and learning about it, but I am aware that not everybody shares my excitement, when it comes to public speaking. I can´t blame you, it can be pretty stresfull.

Here are few more facts from my background, experience and education, that you can find relevant, when deciding whether or not you want me to help you with this topic.

Lifelong Learning and Andragogy

Yes, I know nobody knows what andragogy is. Lifelong Learning should explain more, the same as the fact that my life is just all about how and why adults learn.

Recruitment and career counselling

When still in Poland (and later in Japan and in the UK), I spent few wonderful years finding, training and hiring amazing people, who were speaking multiple languages, working all over the world… and I loved it!

Training, workshops and business simulation games

Many years of training design and delivery, presentation assesment… and all that lead me to work on IT trainings and play simulation games with engineers, during their “mini MBA” programmes at one of the best postgraduate universities in the UK. Lots of fun!

EdTech and innovative education

I finally arrived to my beloved Spain and I am staying. Building European EdTech Network, learning about innovative education and organising world-class conferences about education in the digital age.
